1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 egg , beaten

1/2 cup superfine sugar ( caster sugar )
3 eggs , separated
1/4 cup cornstarch ( do n't use flour )
2 tablespoons green tea powder ( matcha )
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
2 1/2 cups boiling water
1 pint sour cream
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

14.Place the pan into a larger baking tray and pour boiling water into the larger baking tray.
15.Bake for 15 minutes at 180C/350F. Reduce the temperature to 150C/300F and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
16.Remove from oven, combine sour cream, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl, pour it over the cheesecake.
17.Bake for another 10-15 min.
18.Let it cool in the pan for an hour and then refrigerate it for 5-6 hours or until it’s set.
