4 tablespoons unsalted butter , divided into 4 tablespoons
2 1/2 cups yellow onions , small dice
1/4 cup whole milk
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 lb ground chuck
1 lb ground sirloin
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper , to taste
2 eggs
2 tablespoons flour or 3 tablespoons brown rice flour
1 tablespoon Madras curry powder
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons sake mixed with 1 teaspoon sugar
2 -3 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
2 cups water

Instructions

1.In a large frying pan, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

11.Flip the patties over, add curry powder, ketchup, sake mix and soy sauce, and 2 cups of water.
12.Simmer with high heat to thicken the sauce. Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
