Ingredients

125 g soba noodles
1 teaspoon sesame seed oil
250 g chicken breasts , thinly sliced
1 garlic clove , minced
1 inch fresh ginger , minced
1 small carrot , finely sliced
1 small green pepper , finely sliced
1 small onion , chopped
1/2 cup button mushroom , finely sliced
1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce
125 ml chicken stock
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon canned black beans , rinsed and crushed
1/2 cup Baby Spinach
This Japanese inspired Black Bean Chicken and Soba dish is a fusion of flavors and is a healthy weeknight meal option that is ready in less than 30 minutes. The dish combines the distinct salty and umami flavors of tamari soy sauce with the mellow sweetness of sweet chili sauce. Instructions

1.Cook soba noodles as per instructions on the packet and keep aside.

7.Add the cooked soba noodles and baby spinach to the wok and toss everything together until everything is well combined. Serve hot.
