Ingredients

1 tablespoon salt , or as needed
1/2 pound beef tongue , very thinly sliced
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil , or as needed
2 cloves garlic , sliced
2 cups sliced spring onions
1 tablespoon sake ( Japanese rice wine )
1/2 teaspoon dashi powder
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

1.Sprinkle salt all over the beef tongue and massage it in. Leave for 10 minutes.
