Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2.Peel potatoes and slice them thinly.

5.Add a layer of potato slices, followed by a layer of anchovy fillets.
6.Repeat until all the potatoes and anchovies are used up.
7.Pour the cream over the potatoes. Cover with foil.
8.Bake for about 45 minutes.
9.Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
10.Take the dish out of the oven and sprinkle parsley or dill leaves as garnish. Serve hot!
