Instructions

1.In a mortar and pestle, pound the garlic and serrano chilies until they form a paste.
2.Stir in the lime juice, fish sauce, and granulated sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
3.In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded papaya, mango, carrots, blanched French haricots vert, diced tomato, cilantro, mint, and basil.
4.Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
