CONS

The muffins may not rise as much as regular muffins because of the bananas.
The chocolate chips can make them a bit messy and harder to store.

HEALTH & BENEFITS

Bananas are rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals, such as vitamin C, potassium, and vitamin B6. They can aid digestion, regulate blood pressure, and support heart health. The chocolate chips, on the other hand, contain antioxidants and may boost brain function.
