3 eggs
115 g plain flour
1 pinch sea salt
285 ml milk
12 tablespoons vegetable oil
Yorkshire Puddings are a staple in British cuisine and are often served with a traditional Sunday roast. These light and crispy golden puddings have a hollow centre, perfect for filling with gravy or other tasty sauce. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F/gas 7.
2.Add the flour and a pinch of salt to a bowl then make a well in the centre and crack in the eggs.
3.Whisk the flour and eggs together, gradually adding in the milk until the batter is smooth.
4.Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into each cup of a 12-hole muffin tin and place in the oven to heat up.
5.Once the oil is hot and sizzling, remove the tin from the oven and quickly fill each cup two-thirds full with batter.
6.Put the tin back in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the puddings are risen and golden brown.
