1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup water
1 can pineapple tidbits , drained ( reserve juice or syrup )
1 green pepper , cut into pieces ( or red )
pepper , to taste
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon oil
1 medium onion , chopped
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
