1 large fresh pineapple , rind of

1 1/4 liters boiling water
150 ml orange juice

Instructions

1.Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple, then cut off the skin with a serrated knife. Cut the pineapple into small pieces.

3.In a pot, add the pineapple pieces, orange and lemon rind, cloves, cinnamon stick, sugar, and boiling water. Stir the mixture and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
