8 flour tortillas

3 green onions , chopped
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 1/2 cups Mexican blend cheese
1/2 lb cooked shrimp , peeled and deviened
salsa
sour cream

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2.Using a large cookie sheet, lay 4 tortilla shells on sheet, spreading them evenly across.
3.Lightly spray each tortilla with nonstick cooking spray.
4.Divide green onions, cumin, cheese, and shrimp equally among the four tortillas.
5.Fold remaining 4 tortilla shells in half and press down each folded tortilla.
6.Place the four folded tortillas on top of the four tortillas with the shrimp mixture.
7.Place cookie sheet into the oven and cook for approximately 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are browned.
8.Serve with salsa and sour cream.
