Ingredients

4 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup fine yellow cornmeal
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk ( or soy milk )
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons condensed milk

Instructions

6.Remove the porridge from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or nutmeg on top (optional).
