Instructions

1.Bring the water to a boil in a large pot, add the chopped salt pork and chopped onion then reduce the heat to medium-low.

3.Add the coconut milk and stir gently once more. Simmer uncovered for 20-25 minutes until the greens are tender and the flavors have developed.
4.Add salt and pepper to taste and remove from heat. Serve immediately.
