1 medium onion , sliced
2 sprigs thyme
2 stalks green onions , sliced into 2-inch pieces
1/2 bell pepper , sliced

1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar
oil , to fry the fish and seasonings
salt and pepper , to taste

Instructions
