Ingredients

1/2 kg chicken or 1/2 kg beef , shredded
oil , to fry
4 large tomatoes
4 onions
4 red hot peppers
50 g ginger
50 g garlic
3 maggi beef bouillon cubes or 3 chicken stock cubes
1 pinch ground nutmeg
3 cups long-grain basmati rice , cooked

Instructions

1.In a pot, fry the shredded chicken or beef in oil until golden brown.
2.Remove the meat and set aside.

5.Add maggi beef bouillon cubes or chicken stock cubes and a pinch of ground nutmeg to the sauce.
6.Return the meat to the pot and cook in the sauce for a few minutes.
7.In a separate pot, cook the basmati rice according to the instructions.
8.Serve the spicy tomato sauce over the cooked rice.
