Ingredients

1 lb veal cutlet ( about 1/4 in . thick )
2 eggs , beaten
salt & pepper
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
oil
2 ounces bacon , diced
4 ounces onions , chopped
8 ounces mushrooms , sliced
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup dry red wine
1 dash dried thyme
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon parsley
2 tablespoons sour cream

Instructions

1.Season the veal cutlets with salt and pepper.

4.In the same pan, cook diced bacon until crisp and then remove from pan.

9.Return the bacon to the pan and add parsley and sour cream.
