12 medium jackfruit , pieces
2 1/2 cups powdered jaggery
2 cups grated coconut
1/4 cup coconut , slices
1 cup fresh milk
3/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
3 tablespoons ghee
10 cashews

Instructions

1.In a pan, add grated coconut and sauté it until it turns golden brown. Then, keep it aside.

4.Add the sautéed coconut and coconut slices, and stir for a minute.
5.Add the milk and cardamom powder, and let it come to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
6.Add cashews and give it a quick mix.
7.Turn off the stove and let it cool for a while.
8.Serve it hot or cold as desired.
