1/2 teaspoon dill seed
1 cup diced zucchini
1 can salmon , drained
1 1/2 cups milk
1 can cream-style corn ( fresh is even better )
salt & pepper
chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

1.In a large pot, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
2.Add chopped onion, celery, green bell pepper, and garlic, and sauté until soft.
3.Add diced potatoes, diced carrot, chicken broth, water, and dill seed. Bring to a boil and let simmer until the potatoes and carrots are cooked through.
4.Add diced zucchini, drained salmon, milk, cream-style corn, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for another 10 minutes.
5.In a small pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté fresh parsley until crispy. Sprinkle on top of the chowder before serving.
