Ingredients

3 tablespoons green capsicum , finely chopped
3 tablespoons French beans , finely chopped
2 tablespoons cauliflower , finely chopped
2 tablespoons onions , finely chopped
3 tablespoons carrots , finely chopped
2 teaspoons green chilies , finely chopped
2 teaspoons cornflour
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons chili sauce
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
6 -8 slices bread
1 pinch sesame seeds
oil , to deep fry
1 cup pizza cheese , grated ( If you dont get this , you can use any processed cheese )

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped capsicum, French beans, cauliflower, onions, carrots and green chilies.
2.Add cornflour, all-purpose flour, chili sauce and ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
3.Cut the bread slices into finger-shaped pieces and dip them into water for a second, drain the water and transfer them to a plate.
4.Put a spoonful of the vegetable mixture on each bread piece and spread it evenly.
5.Sprinkle sesame seeds over the vegetable mixture and press gently with your fingers.
6.Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium flame and once hot, gently slide the bread fingers into the hot oil.
7.Fry until crisp and golden brown.
8.Once done, take them out with a slotted spoon and drain them on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil. Serve hot with ketchup or any dip of your choice.
