1 can crescent rolls
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 cup butter
4 cups thinly sliced yellow squash

1 medium onion , chopped fine
2 garlic cloves , minced

2 teaspoons thyme , chopped fine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 cup mozzarella cheese , shredded
1 cup aged provolone cheese , shredded

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2.Roll the crescent roll dough into a rectangle and place it in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread the Dijon mustard evenly over the bottom of the crust and set it aside.
