Instructions

1.In a large bowl, dissolve 1 teaspoon of dried yeast in warm water and sprinkle a pinch of sugar over it.
2.In another bowl, dissolve 1 teaspoon of yeast in warm water and let it stand for 5 minutes.
3.Add cold and warm water to the yeast mixture and stir in flour, salt, and bread or all-purpose flour.
4.Knead the dough for 5-8 minutes and place it in a greased bowl.
5.Cover the bowl with cling wrap and set aside for 2 hours to allow the dough to rise.
6.Preheat your oven to 425°F and sprinkle flour on the dough.
7.Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
8.Cover the dough with a tea towel and allow it to rise for another 15 minutes before baking.
9.Bake for around 20-30 minutes.
10.Remove the baked bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack.

PROS
