Ingredients

12 eggs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1/4 cup chopped prosciutto
5 green olives , finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
5 dashes hot pepper sauce , such as Frank 's RedHot
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Italian-Style Deviled Eggs are a variation on the classic deviled egg recipe. They are a perfect appetizer for any party or gathering because they are easy to make, delicious, and healthy. Instructions

1.Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with water.
2.Bring the water to a boil, remove the pan from the heat, cover, and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 minutes.
3.Drain the hot water and transfer the eggs to a large bowl of ice water to cool for 5 minutes.
4.Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl.
5.Add the Parmesan cheese, chives, prosciutto, green olives, red bell pepper, Dijon mustard, sour cream, mayonnaise, hot pepper sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper to the bowl with the yolks. Mix well.
6.Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg white halves. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
