3 - 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour , divided
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons italian seasoning

3/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg , lightly beaten
1/4 cup canola oil

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, dissolve active dry yeast in 1/2 cup warm nonfat milk.

4.Add egg, canola oil, and remaining nonfat milk and beat until smooth.

8.Punch dough down, knead briefly and divide into 12 balls.
9.Place the balls onto a baking sheet, cover, and let rise again for 20-30 minutes.
10.Preheat oven to 375°F and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
