Ingredients

2 teaspoons oil
6 pieces stewing beef
3 Italian sausages
1/2 lb boneless rib

Instructions

1.In a large pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Brown the stew beef on all sides, then remove from pot.
2.In the same pot, crumble the Italian sausages into the pan and cook until browned. Then, remove from pot.
3.Cut the boneless rib into cubes, and brown them in the same pot. Then, remove from pot.
4.To the pot, add the tomato paste, water, oregano, pepper, parsley, and salt. Stir well to combine.
5.Add the diced onions and all the browned meat back into the pot. Stir until well combined.
6.Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally, or until the sauce has thickened and gained a deep brown color.
7.While the sauce is simmering, prepare the meatballs by combining the Italian bread, hamburger, eggs, grated romano cheese, garlic salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix well to combine.
8.Form the mixture into meatballs, about the size of golf balls.
9.In a separate skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and fry the meatballs until browned on all sides.
10.Add the meatballs and sliced sausage to the simmering sauce and continue to cook for another 30 minutes.
