1 lb Italian sausage , browned ( I only use 1/2 pound )
1 can Italian stewed tomatoes ( or chunked )
1 can tomato sauce
45 ounces beef broth
1 cup mushroom , diced
1/2 green bell pepper , diced ( any color will do )
1 cup onion , diced
1 garlic clove , minced
2 cups cheese tortellini
1 cup dill pickle , chopped

Instructions

1.Brown Italian sausage in a large pot.

4.Add cheese tortellini and dill pickle. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes or until tortellini is cooked.
