1 can chopped tomatoes , drained
2 tablespoons instant polenta
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cups instant polenta
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese , divided

Instructions

13.Sprinkle the remaining grated parmesan cheese over the top of the polenta.
14.Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. Serve hot.
