10 -12 drops red food coloring , for each layer

2 jars seedless raspberry jam
2 packages semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vegetable oil

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
2.In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

4.Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until the batter is smooth and thick.

7.Remove the pan from the oven and spread a thin layer of raspberry jam over the green layer.
8.Pour the yellow batter over the jam layer, spreading it into an even layer. Bake it for another 10-12 minutes or until set. Repeat the process of spreading raspberry jam over the yellow layer.
9.Pour the red batter over the jam layer, spreading it evenly. Bake it for another 10-12 minutes until the top layer is set and the edges are lightly golden.
10.Cool it completely in the fridge for several hours.
11.Melt the chocolate chips with vegetable oil and spread on top. Chill in the refrigerator to set.
12.Cut into 1-inch squares and serve.
