1 package hot Italian sausage
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
3 -4 potatoes
1 -2 onion
4 -6 garlic cloves
1 cookie , sheet the real one

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.Cut potatoes, onions and peppers into bite sized chunks.
3.Peel and finely chop garlic cloves.
4.Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
5.Add potatoes, onions and peppers to the baking sheet.
6.Drizzle olive oil over veggies and toss to coat.
7.Add chopped garlic and sprinkle salt and pepper.
8.Slice sausage links diagonally to 1-inch-thick pieces and add to the baking sheet, spreading evenly throughout the veggies.
9.Sprinkle oregano over everything and toss again to coat.
10.Bake for 20 minutes, flipping everything once halfway through cooking.
