1 jar Spanish olives with pimento , drained
1 jar baby kosher dill pickles , drained
1 jar pickling onions , drained
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts , drained
1 jar pepperoncini peppers
1 can anchovies , with capers

Instructions

3.Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the platter, scattering them around the fennel.
4.Fold slices of salami in half and add them to the platter, arranging them in small stacks.
5.Arrange the black olives, Spanish olives, dill pickles, pickling onions, marinated artichoke hearts, peppers, and anchovy with capers around the platter.
6.Drizzle the dressing over the ingredients on the platter.
7.Serve at room temperature.
