Ingredients

1 1/8 lbs ground beef
5/8 lb bacon ( or real italian sausage )
1 carrot
1 onion
1 celery rib
1 clove garlic
1/2 glass white wine
1/2 glass milk ( eliminates acidity )
1 package tomato concentrate
2 glasses vegetable broth ( you can also use the kind that comes as a powder that you dissolve in water )
1 bay leaf ( optional )
Italian Ragu (Lasagne) is a classic Italian dish that has been enjoyed for centuries. Instructions

1.Dice the carrot, onion, and celery into small pieces.

9.To assemble the lasagne, start by layering the cooked noodles on the bottom of a large baking dish.
10.Top with a layer of the Ragu mixture, spreading evenly over the noodles.
11.Add another layer of noodles, followed by another layer of Ragu, and continue until all ingredients are used, making sure the top layer is Ragu.
12.Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and bake the lasagne in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted and crispy.
