10 whole grain sandwich rolls , split or 2 loaves focaccia bread , cut into 5ths
1 package salami
1 package smoked ham
2 red bell peppers , cut into strips
1 onion , sliced very thin
2 -3 small tomatoes , sliced thin ( optional )
1 cup pitted black olives , halved
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 cup Italian dressing

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375F.
2.Cut sandwich rolls in half and brush with Italian dressing.
3.Layer the meats and vegetables on one half of each roll.

5.Add the other half of the roll on top and press down.
6.Wrap each sandwich individually in aluminum foil.
