Ingredients

1 portion refrigerated prepared pizza dough
1 packet frozen spinach , thawed and drained
4 cups mozzarella cheese , grated
1 egg , lightly beaten
1 lb spicy pork sausage , browned
1 jar diced pimentos , drained
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 package sliced pepperoni
1 teaspoon oregano flakes
12 large pimento stuffed olives , cut in half
1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.On a lightly floured surface, stretch the pizza dough to a rectangle, roughly measuring around 20x14 inches.
3.Add the spinach and cheese in an even layer down the center of the dough.
4.Arrange the sliced pepperoni, browned sausage, diced pimentos and oregano on top of the cheese and spinach layer.
5.Fold both edges of the dough in towards the center, overlapping them slightly to form a loaf.
6.Pinch the seams of the dough together and fold the ends underneath to seal.
7.Brush the beaten egg on top of the loaf and top with the halved olives, basil and some additional cheese.
8.Transfer to a greased baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
