Ingredients

1/4 lb salami ( hard or sandwich )
1/4 lb deli style sliced ham
1/4 lb hot capicola
1/4 lb pepperoni ( hard or sandwich )
1/4 lb sliced provolone cheese
2 medium tomatoes
3/4 - 1 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 medium onion ( can use sweet onion )
1/2 cup mayonnaise ( can use miraclewhip )
1/4 cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup red wine vinaigrette dressing
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
12 hoagie rolls

It is made with diced Italian meats and cheeses, fresh veggies, and a delicious dressing made with mayonnaise, Italian dressing, red wine vinaigrette dressing, garlic powder, and oregano. Instructions

1.Dice the salami, ham, hot capicola, and pepperoni into small pieces and set aside.
2.Cut the provolone cheese into small cubes and set aside.
3.Dice the tomatoes and set aside.
4.Finely chop the iceberg lettuce and set aside.
5.Dice the onion and set aside.
6.In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Italian dressing, red wine vinaigrette dressing, garlic powder, and oregano until well combined.
7.Add all of the diced meat, cheese, veggies, and onion to the bowl with the dressing and mix everything together until everything is evenly coated.
8.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors meld together.
9.When ready to serve, slice the hoagie rolls into 1 inch rounds and place them on a baking sheet.
10.Broil the hoagie rounds for 2-3 minutes until lightly toasted.
11.Serve the Italian Hoagie Dip cold with the toasted hoagie rounds as the dippers.
