Ingredients

1 lb fresh green beans
1 jar artichokes ( including the juice )
1 cup fresh breadcrumb
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Italian herb seasoning or 2 teaspoons pasta sprinkle seasoning
salt & pepper
Italian herb green beans and artichoke dressing is a simple yet delicious side dish that can be enjoyed all year round. Instructions

1.Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook green beans for 3-4 minutes until crisp and tender.
2.Drain the artichokes, reserving the juice.
3.In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, olive oil, parmesan cheese and Italian herbs together.
4.Add reserved artichoke juice to the breadcrumb mixture and stir well to combine.
5.In a pan, sauté the beans and artichokes in a little olive oil for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6.Transfer the beans and artichokes to a baking dish and sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top.
7.Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until golden and crunchy.
