Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

6.Grease a 9-inch (23cm) springform cake pan with butter, and sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the bottom and sides of the pan.
7.Pour potato mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing out the top.
8.Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
9.Allow the potato cake to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then remove from the pan and serve warm.
