2 slices muenster cheese , halved
2 slices prosciutto or 2 slices deli ham , halved
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup dry white wine

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Cut a slit horizontally through the thickest portion of each breast half to form a pocket and sprinkle them with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
3.Place 1 half slice of cheese and 1 half slice of prosciutto in the pocket.
4.Close pocket with a toothpick.
5.In a small bowl, mix together flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.
6.Dredge chicken in flour mixture, shaking off excess flour.
7.Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet or sauté pan over medium-high heat.
8.Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
9.Stir in wine.
10.Cover skillet with foil and bake until chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
11.Before serving, sprinkle minced parsley on top of the chicken breasts.
