Ingredients

1 lb ricotta cheese

2 eggs

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 lb dried lasagna noodle
2 1/4 cups tomato sauce ( meaning pasta sauce , fresh made is preferred but can use bottled sauce )
1/2 lb prosciutto , thinly sliced
1/2 lb genoa salami , thinly sliced
1/2 lb smoked deli ham , thinly sliced
1/2 lb sweet capicola , thinly sliced
1/2 lb provolone cheese , thinly sliced
1/2 lb shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2.In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, chopped fresh basil, dried oregano, eggs, red pepper flakes, and grated parmesan cheese until well combined.
3.Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
4.Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a large baking dish.
5.Add a layer of lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
6.Spread another layer of sauce on top of the noodles, followed by a layer of prosciutto, genoa salami, smoked deli ham, sweet capicola, provolone cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and dollops of the ricotta mixture.
7.Repeat layers until all ingredients have been used up, making sure the top layer is a generous amount of sauce.
8.Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
9.Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
10.Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
