2 cups flax seeds

1 garlic clove
1/2 large onion , chopped

Instructions

1.Soak the flax seeds in water overnight. Drain and rinse the soaked flax seeds in a sieve.
2.Place the soaked flax seeds in a food processor and blend until you get a smooth dough.
3.Add the red bell pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, lemon juice, garlic clove, and chopped onions to the blender. Blend until you get a smooth and even mixture.
4.Pour the mixture onto a lined dehydrator tray or non-stick baking sheet. Using a spatula, smooth out the mixture evenly to about 1/8 inch thick.
5.Cut the mixture into desired shapes and sizes using a knife or pizza cutter.
6.Dehydrate in the dehydrator at 115°F for 6-10 hours, or bake in the oven at the lowest temperature setting possible(highest fan mode) until the crackers are crispy.
7.Serve and enjoy!
