4 -5 cups hot chicken stock

1 large red pepper , chopped
1 package frozen spinach , thawed and squeezed dry
1 lb medium raw shrimp , shelled and deveined
1/4 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
1 cup fresh grated romano cheese or 1 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

Instructions
