6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves ( about 8 ounces each )
1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
3/4 cup water
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules

1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

1.Grease the Crock-Pot with cooking spray.
2.Place the chicken breasts in the Crock-Pot.
3.In a small bowl, combine the Italian stewed tomatoes, 3/4 cup of water, onion flakes, chicken bouillon, chili powder, tarragon, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder, and stir well.
4.Pour the tomato mixture over the chicken breasts.

6.In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in 3 tablespoons of water, and stir well.
7.During the last hour of cooking, stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.
8.Serve over hot cooked rice.
