2 puff pastry sheets , thawed

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F(200°C).
2.In a pan, add olive oil and heat it over medium heat.
3.Add garlic and onion, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
4.Add ground chicken to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes or until it’s browned.
5.Add sun-dried tomato, fresh basil, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, grated parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to the pan. Mix everything well.
6.Cut each sheet of puff pastry into four long strips.
7.Spread a tablespoon of the chicken mixture along the bottom edge of each strip of puff pastry.
8.Roll up tightly, tucking in the sides as you go. Brush with melted butter and place onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
9.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
