The Italian BLT Sandwich is a variation of the classic BLT sandwich, replacing classic ingredients with Italian meats and cheeses for added flavor. Thinly sliced salami, mortadella, or bologna add an extra layer of saltiness, while provolone cheese provides a smooth and tangy flavor. The sandwich is then topped off with fresh romaine lettuce, juicy plum tomatoes, and crispy bacon pieces. The Italian dressing and shredded parmesan cheese add a final touch of tang and zip. This sandwich is perfect for a quick lunch or a weekend picnic.
