Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

3.Rub the pork ribs with the mixture, making sure they are coated evenly.
4.Heat the oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
5.Add the sliced onions and cook until they are soft and translucent, stirring occasionally.
6.Add the coated pork ribs to the skillet and sear on each side for about 3 minutes, until browned.
7.Pour in the coconut milk and bring it to a simmer.
8.Cover the skillet with a lid or foil and transfer it to the oven.
9.Bake for 1 ½ hours or until the pork is tender.
