Ingredients

2 lbs chicken pieces
1/2 cup vinegar or 1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 onion
1 green pepper ( sliced )
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup chicken stock or 1/2 cup water

Instructions

1.In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the vinegar/ lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, celery salt, powdered clove, pepper, and rosemary.
2.Dip the chicken pieces into the mixture to coat evenly.
3.Allow the marinated chicken to sit for 15 minutes
4.In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper.
5.Dip the chicken in the beaten eggs and then roll them in seasoned breadcrumbs to coat.
6.Add oil to the pan and place the chicken pieces on top.
7.Bake in the oven at 375°F for 20-30 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
8.In a skillet, cook the onions and green pepper with breadcrumbs, vinegar, sugar and chicken stock/ water.
9.Serve hot with stir-fried veggies, or rice and peas.
