16 large shrimp , peeled & deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil

2 ounces sliced bananas

hot sauce ( to taste )

Instructions

5.Add red onions, tomatoes, mangoes, pineapple, and bananas to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes.
6.Add cumin, coriander, and hot sauce to the skillet and mix well.
7.Add lime juice and shrimp to the skillet and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, or until shrimp turns pink.
8.Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
9.Garnish with cilantro and serve with fruit salsa on the side.
