15 leaves bok choy
1 stalk bok choy
1 bunch cilantro , chopped
3 tablespoons water , plus
1 teaspoon water
2 ounces leeks , thinly sliced
1 can sweet cream-style corn
1 tablespoon butter
2 ounces fresh cream
salt ( to taste )
pepper ( to taste )
2 tablespoons small-size tapioca

Instructions

1.Cut the stalk of bok choy into small pieces. Rinse all the leaves including stalks.
2.Slice the leeks thinly.
3.Place the cilantro along with 3 tbsp of water in a blender and puree until smooth.
4.In a pot, melt the butter and sauté the onions until they are fragrant, then add the leeks and bok choy stalks.
5.Add the sweet corn and simmer for a minute.
6.Add the bok choy leaves and simmer together for about 2 minutes.
7.Add the pureed cilantro and tapioca, stir well.
8.Pour fresh cream and 1 tsp of water into the pot, and keep stirring gently.
9.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
