Irish Rosie's Irish Soda Bread is a traditional Irish bread that is typically served on St. Patrick's Day. Unlike other bread recipes that require yeast and long rising times, this recipe uses baking soda as a leavening agent, making it a quick and easy recipe that can be made in just over an hour. The addition of sour cream and raisins makes this bread moist and flavorful, while the caraway seeds add a distinctive taste. This bread is best eaten fresh out of the oven with butter and jam, but can also be toasted and enjoyed as a sandwich bread.
