Ingredients

2 packages mori nu firm silken tofu ( water-packed silken tofu will NOT work )
2 -3 teaspoons rose water
1/4 cup sugar ( I use 2 tablespoons Sun Crystals )
4 -5 drops red food coloring

Instructions

1.Open the first package of firm silken tofu and allow the water to drain out. Then place the tofu in a mixing bowl.

5.Chill for at least two hours or until the pudding firms up. Serve chilled!
