4 cloves garlic , minced
2 teaspoons tomato-flavored bouillon
2 teaspoons vegetable bouillon
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instant Pot® Charro (Refried Beans) is a classic Mexican side dish that can be enjoyed with various meals. Instructions

1.Add water, pinto beans, onion, salsa, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, garlic, tomato-flavored bouillon, vegetable bouillon, chili powder, paprika, cumin, and black pepper to the Instant Pot®.
2.Secure the lid and select 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook' mode and cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
3.Once the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes before manually releasing any remaining pressure.
4.Open the lid and use an immersion blender to blend the beans until smooth.
5.Serve hot with your favorite toppings, such as shredded cheese, sour cream, or avocado slices.
