4 cups self-rising flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups club soda

Instructions

2.Gradually pour in the club soda, whisking constantly until the batter is smooth.
3.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and allow the batter to rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
4.Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
5.Using a ladle, pour an even amount of batter onto the skillet and swirl it around to coat the surface.
6.Cover the skillet with a lid and cook until the top of the bread is set and the edges begin to curl outward, about 1-2 minutes.
7.Remove the lid and continue cooking until the bottom of the bread is lightly golden and crisp, about 1-2 minutes more.
8.Carefully transfer the bread to a plate and repeat the process with the remaining batter.
